REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order Cancellation:

  • Cancellation Window: Cancel within 6 hours of purchase.
  • Cancellation Process: Use our contact form, select ‘Cancel order’, and provide the correct order number. Requests with incorrect order numbers cannot be processed.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Note: Bank or credit card issuers may hold funds for 1-3 days, which is beyond our control.

Damaged Products:

  • Eligibility for Refund: If the product arrives damaged, you are entitled to a refund.
  • Reporting Damage: Please report the damage immediately upon arrival using our contact form.

Refunds and Reshipments:

  • Qualifying Conditions: Request a refund or reshipment if:
    • The order doesn’t arrive within 50 business days.
    • The wrong item is received.
    • You cancel within 6 hours of purchase.
  • Return Process: For unwanted products, return them at your expense (unused) within 30 days with a tracking code. Refunds are processed upon receipt of the returned item.

  • Order in Transit: No refund if the package is still in transit within the 50-day guarantee period.
  • Customer Error: No refund for orders not arriving due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer and not picked up at the pick-up point.
  • External Factors: No refund for orders affected by external factors like customs delays or natural disasters.
  • Late Cancellation: Orders cancelled after 6 hours of purchase are not eligible for refunds.
